With more than 35 years of experience in producing rosés, and thanks to the advanced age of our Pinot Noir vines, our Rosé is a wine that encapsulates passion and history. We were among the pioneers of rosé in Franciacorta, and this path allowed us to create a Franciacorta Rosé with an exciting and enveloping soul, the result of a long and deep conviction in its potential.

Grapes

Pinot Noir 45%, Chardonnay 45%, Pinot Blanc 10%

Vinification

Soft pressing of whole grapes with a low yield of 65%. Fermentation at 16–18°C in temperature-controlled concrete vats. 18/24 hours of skin contact for Pinot Noir.

Maturation

Minimum 30 months on the lees.

Dosage

Residual sugar < 5.5 g/L.
