Edea is a Franciacorta Brut which reflects the characteristics of our terroir.
We age this wine on lees for over 30 months, well beyond the 18 months required by the regulation. This long resting period gives it a surprising lightness and enriches its aromatic complexity, revealing every nuance of its personality.

Grapes

Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Blanc 20%

Vinification

Soft pressing of whole grapes with a low yield of 65%. Fermentation at 16–18°C in temperature-controlled concrete vats.

Maturation

Minimum 30 months on the lees.

Dosage

Residual sugar < 5 g/L.
