Franciacorta excellence: an expression of time and passion.
Edea Brut offers the finest expression of the terroir, with over 30 months’ ageing on lees, far exceeding the 18 required by regulation, giving it a lightness and a more complex aromatic profile. The Rosé, the result of over 35 years’ experience and older Pinot Noir vines, embodies our historic belief in Franciacorta rosés, offering an emotional and enveloping experience. For the Satèn, ageing extends beyond 36 months, well beyond the minimum 24, resulting in refined elegance and a distinctive character.
demetra brut nature
The Demetra range is characterised by excellence, thanks to vineyards with a higher average age and a privileged hillside location. These conditions guarantee Franciacorta wines with consistent quality and exceptional longevity.
The challenge of offering Franciacorta wines that stand out is embodied by Demetra Brut Nature with no added sulphites, a striking example of the quest for out-of-the-ordinary expression. Similarly, the Demetra Millesimato benefits from over 48 months’ ageing in the cellar, enhancing its complexity and defining its uniqueness.
The pas dosé reserves
Produced only in exceptional vintages, DØM and DØM Rosé are our Reserve, the deepest heart of Mirabella. They age in the cellar for up to 85 months, when 60 would suffice. This is a long time, chosen to achieve rare maturity and absolute elegance.
They originate in our oldest vineyard, are harvested with maniacal care and vinified with artisanal precision. The result? Franciacorta of the highest class, capable of narrating not just a vintage, but our history.
