A visit to the Mirabella winery is an enthralling experience that combines pleasure and discovery. Specialised guides welcome visitors with a presentation of the Franciacorta terroir, and then take them inside the building which used to house the wine monopoly, dating back to 1942, and is now the winery’s beating heart.

The visit ends in the tasting room, a modern space where visitors taste the Mirabella Franciacorta wines, with explanations of each wine’s sensory characteristics.

The tour takes visitors through the historical and production areas of the cellar: from the room adorned with the effigy of the goddess Demeter to the original steel tanks and concrete vats, to the underground cellar, where the bottles age in ideal conditions. The next stop is the automatic riddling machine area, followed by that dedicated to bottling and disgorging.
